My device is not responding or seems to have stopped

Remember it takes time to go through the network and identify the information, roughly 8-9 minutes per device found. The display will say something like, discovering 7 of 10 devices, (However many you have).
If you do not think it is working at all, unplug the device for 30 seconds and plug it in. It will reinitialize and start the scan.
